Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

DOA Guarantee

If your plant arrives dead or severely damaged (Dead on Arrival), contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs. We will offer a replacement or store credit at our sole discretion.

Refunds & Store Credit

Where a refund is approved, it is issued as store credit added to your account wallet at this store's posted credit rate, not as a cash/UPI transfer. Store credit can be used toward any future order on this store and is valid for 99 days from the date it is issued, after which unused credit expires.

Not Covered

• Change of mind
• Slow growth or failure to establish after delivery
• Damage caused by improper care
• Any issue reported more than 24 hours after delivery
